Default Turn Signal Problem

I was driving down the freeway, and when I went to signal to change lanes, I heard a popping noise comming from the dash board. When I went to signal agian, the little green arrow was not flashing or cliking. When I got home I noticed that the turn signals did not work. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Could it be a Blown Fuse?

I am hoping it's just a fuse because that would be the easiest thing to fix.

If your fuses are ok try checking the multifunction switch.
