Turn Signala and wipers

Default Turn Signala and wipers

I have an 03 Lancer OZ and the turn signals don't work at times. also the wipers are erratic. The winshield washer has also stopped working. Any Ideas????

I also have AM and CD on the stock radio but no FM.

Multifunction switch.

check fuses too, make sure there is no a broken fuse.

It cant be a fuse when the wipers are irratic and turn signals work at times. If the fuse was blown none of those things would work at all.
