GPS voice guidance problem

Hello. In my Pajero 2012 i have installed an Mitsubishi MCS Rockford. From a week ago the voice guidance is not working anymore. How can I solve this problem?

Did you get this sorted? I've got the same problem in a 2014 SG3 shogun.
