Default stage3 cams turbo yes/no?

my engine got done couple days ago eagle rods stock bore size wiseco pistons high flow oil and water pump crower vavlesprings and retainers stage3 port&polish on the head stainless steal vavles and UR-camgears stock crank and stage3 crower camshafts now with the stage3 port and the stage3 camshafts i know it will be sucking alot of air but i heard that it will try and take so much air in that it would have to be turboCharged so the air could come in fast enough to keep up with the cams but then how do you explain all motor dragers? does it make since or not basicly could i run the car with out a turbo for like a month and would it be safe?

Default RE: stage3 cams turbo yes/no?

I dont think you can do that. But who ever gave you your info is lacking knowledge. I dont think it would run right at all without a turbo not to mention all the things you would have to custom make. You should be fine with a decent intake manifold and a ported exhaust manifold. My recomendation is just wait till you can get a turbo. Is yours a 2.3L now?

You will need a slightly bigger turbo than you would with the stock one. My recomendation would be the SBR Bastard 20g with all the extras. It is a bolt on turbo and can make loads of power. If you want something bigger than try the bolt on SBR GT35R with all extras for even more power.
