How old are the plugs and wires? Try doing a boost leak test.

the spark plugs were changed like 5000 miles ago and the wires are the originals but i had them checked when i got my oil changed and they said they were fine.. could the wires really cause that problem? so their might be a leak in the boost lines? is that expensive to fix??

How many miles are on the car? Replacing the wires might be a good idea since its a 92. If you have a boost leak it shouldn't be an expensive fix.

there is 90000 miles on the car. so not many for a 92 at all. but yeah along with that when i put my foot into it it makes a varoooooom sound real quick then it stops its only when i put my foot into it.

I agree start with wires and a boost leak test, if that doesn't do it its probably a bad coil pack or MAS.

You just have to make one which isn't hard to do then get a bike pump or compressor.

homemade boost test:

I would not spray anything in the maf, its not going to help anyway, and no the check engine light isn't always neccessarily triggered with a bad MAS

some one said a new fuel filter and it might have something to do with vaccum leaks when i started it up for him and we reved it he said he could hear no leaks in the turbos. ould it maybe little things like that?
