I am trying to install an alarm in my 99 3000GT. My question is, is there one wire (somewhere) that will operate both door triggers, or must I use a diode to isolate the individual doors. I have found a red/grn wire for the passenger door and a yellow wire for the driver door (in drivers side panel). They will operate the alarm individually, but I am having trouble getting the alarm to activate with the diode in place (slightly different voltage, or??). Anyone have knowledge in this area? Appreciate it. Thx.
