Default 3000GT cursed problem

I have been having this problem for a while. When I start my GT, i let it warm up for about 2-5 minutes. And when I take it out for a daily drive, it seems like the engine is making a bunch of noise, but the car isn't moving as quick. for example, a morning drive after it has warmed up for about 5 minutes I take it out and when I give it gas, the engine rev's but jerks the car forward and pulls it back. anything will help
