I have a 95 3kgt that runs great sometimes but most of the time after it has warmed up the the idle wants to drop out everytime I let off of the gas. It is set to idle at about 1200 then drops down to about 600 when I come to a stop then after a little bit it will jump back up. Also when I am going up a hill everyonce and a while it will let out a light backfire. I am thinking Idle Air Control or O2 Sensor. What do you guys think?

 

Change the spark plugs with NGK Classics. Change the spark plug wires with factory Mitsubishi wires.

 

y u recommend factory wires? wouldnt an aftermarket be sufficent?
