Unhappy 3000gt vr4 help!!!

Hi guys,

so i have a vr4 and i changed the mass air flow unit with a new one about 2 months ago. It seems as though it went out again. However i also have a crack in my intake manifold, the bottom one which i cant get to because i dont have a work area right now. Does anyone know if the problem is the crack or if the crack is causeing the sensors to go bad. I have a ton of money in this car and want it running prestine befor i put in the new engine man. And wide band loop. Any ideas?

If you want to bring it by my boyfriends shop, he can fix it for you. He's about an hour outside of Philly, and specializes in 3000GT's. He posts on this forum occasionally. shoot me a PM, and I'll give you the shop number if you're interested

What makes you suspect the MAS? Are you getting a check engine light and error code? A crack in the manifold could cause unmetered air in the system and a boost leak.
