Default 3000gt wanted REALLY badly.

I have always had my eye on the 3000-gt, as you can tell by my name. However, like my name also says, I'm only 16...Obviously this represents a problem. How can a 16 yr old get such a hot set of wheels? Even if I'm a little older! They just look expensive if you ask me... What should I do? And please don't tell me to just give up for a while, wait until I'm older in which I'll be needing a family sedan. I HATE CAMERY!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT A 3000-GT!!!!AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH! !!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, does anyone know if there is one being sold as a serious "fixer-upper?" That's just about all I could do. Besides, when I look at my mits, I wanna be able to see the sweat and hardwork I put into it, not just the amazing paint job and low-profile tires that everyone else will see. Again, any thoughts would be nice.

It shouldn't be that hard to get a hold of one at 16. The private party value of a 1993 in good condition with 90,000 miles is only $5,300. If you got a summer job at around 7 dollars an hour and worked 30 hours a week you could get one by next year. Not a real economical car at 16 years old considering insurance but it's possible.
1992 VR4

Here's a nice one but it's a little more.

you can definatly find them for pretty cheap but the only problem is that it will have alot of miles on it. Unless you've not only got a butt load of money to fix all of the problems that it has when you get it, but also to keep up on the maintenance, don't even bother with buying one. Ive put about 10,000 into mine and the only reason that i am dealing with it is because i love it and it draws a hell of alot of attention.

Hey, thanks to both of you guys, I think you're right, I would probably be better off getting something else first. Any suggestions? Preferably Mits, but anything works at this point. Hey, I was checkin ut a 98 eclipse for sale. Had no info on it, but I saw new rims and new tail lights, so the owner musta done something good, right? Think It's worth a shot?

Hello, 3000gt16
I have a 92 dodge stealth R/T for sale for $2500. I just rebuilt the engine and have done various things to it. It still needs some work done to it like tires and brakes need replaced. The car has a previous damage title on it but it has be rebuilt and drives fine. I love the car but i really need a bigger car or maybe a truck, it is hard as heck to get my 18 month old son it the back seat. Any way it has a kenwood cd player that i will leave in there and here is a list of stuff that i have done to it.

rebuilt motor(new rings, main and rod bearings, reman crank kit, heads reworked and shaved for higher compression about 10.5 to1,and all new gaskets)
new wheel bearings
new cv shafts
new fuel pump and strainer
new fuel filter
new ngk plugs
i have a list some where but these are the bigger things. i will try to get some pics on my pc if anyone wants to see.I was thinking of puting it on ebay but im not sure yet. I will post if i decide to put on ebay. My email is xtremeone1998@yahoo.com if anyone has any questions.
