98 3000GT. Will not start. Starter is good, Alt is good, battery is good. There are 2 relays under a carpeted panel on passenger side of the console and when you try and start the car these relays make a noise. I want to get new ones but I cant find the part and the local parts store cant help because I cant figure out what these relays are called. Anyone have any suggestions.

I found the relays. Bought brand new ones for 40 dollars and they still make a grinding sound. Im gonna try the Alt and Ing relays under the hood and see if they might be the problem.
