If you are going with looks, you can do a lot of stuff for cheap, but you have to be patient. Things come along for really cheap all the time. you can look at my car at

I got my rims for $200, the interior work (vinyl and paint) costed a total of about $15. If you want to start like everyone else, you can start off with a cold air intake. I will tell you what, Ebay is a wonderful place. I got a pair of borla quad tips that retail at $250 for $79. My dash kit was about 1/4 the price of retail. Just don't get in trouble with it. Things can be cheap, but also you need to watch what you buy. Some people are there to rip you off. Your best bet--buy from powersellers. They sell too much stuff to lie about their product. Also, make sure the stuff is for your car. That might sound kinda stupid, but sometimes different trim models call for different items.
