im buying a 3kgt suppsoebly the only thing is wrong is a broken water pump. what should i look for before i decide to buy it? he said 1g for it with a broken water pump im not sure what else is wrong or what year it is. any imput is appreciated.. also how much do you think it would be for a water pump?

 

no clue about the price of a water pump but 1k is a hell of a price for a 3k....how many miles are on it do you know??

 

i dunno the details of it yet, all i heard was the broken water pump and the paint is mint and it has 17 inch rims.. i gotta get more details then im gona ride over and see it

 

ohhh i see...it sounds good and the price is killer....have you looked on any oem part stores or anything to try one....but then again you might need the year and model to find it...

 

yeah, im hoping for 95+ but i might be pushing it. its probly junk but ill wait and see im going to fix it up anyway so it is probly ok [8D]

 

true...truth be told i like the 1st gen equally as much cuz they were modeled after ferraris...lol so its a win win either way

yea, it had something to do with a guy who did alot of designing for ferrari did a concept (the 3k) and somehow mitsubishi got the rights to it....i think it was jakster who had a thread about it called "the history of the 3000" or somethin like that...but there is one late 80s ferarri model that looks identical to the 1st gen 3k
