Default this a good deal?

Saw this ad, and im thinkin about buying it and fixing it, possibly keeping it, but if not reselling to make a few bucks. Do you think this is a good deal i could take advantage of, im still new with the 3000GT's.........

CAR DOES NOT START!!!!!!! TENSION PULLEY IS BROKEN!!!!!!!!!!
This is a 1993 mitsubishi 3000gt automatic. it has a new transmission, new fuel pump, new timeing belt, and recently had a tuneup. It has 160k miles. It also has a new brake master cylinder but it is defective but can be replaced for free due to warranty. It has 2 custom 4 inch exhaust tips custon intake and tinted tail lights. It could use a paint job and some body work. leather has a few tears in the front seats but the back seats are in mint condition and so is the hatch. Once it is fixed car will run great. $700

I say go for it for 700 dollars not bad. It can be your project car and sale it on the side.

If the rest of the car is in good shape- that's an excellent deal. More so if you're able to do your own repairs. If the Tbelt tensioner broke, be prepared to put some money into likely cylinder head work or more.
