gto very ill please help

hi,can anyone help.a couple of days ago a bought a gto twin turbo ,everything was going fine on my return home.but as i pulled intoa garage to put in some fuel ,i noticed the engine check light was on.i turned the car off,fueled up.started travelling to find the car was missfireing and then seamed to lose all power.the engine sounds like a tractor.ive now noticed that i have a water leak,looks as though it may be the water pump but weather the two are conected i dont know.help!

sorry,its a z16a 1991 gto (gto) 4wd&4ws twin turbo.if that helps.

so it is the 3000gt Vr-4 with the pop up lights. uhm A missfire is when the sparkplugs arent firing right, and that will throw a Check Engine Light = CEL.

GTO = 3000GT big daddy.

Chances are the ECU is bad/going bad. How many miles/kilometers? Where are you located?

took the three plugs out that i could get at.one did look wet.ive just order some ngk r plugs and magnecor leads, will swop them over at the weekend and hope for the best.

hi ya.i live i tamworth staffs.the car has done 72000 but the engine was completly rebuilt at 62000.
