I didn't think they did, but I wasn't 100% sure.

 

If you said you have water leaking it sounds like you might have blew a head gasket. The check engine light will come on and you will lose about 80% of your power. It gets really loud because you have a massive amount of compression coming out of crack between your head gasket and heads. Hope that helps.
