whats up guys my vr4 is runnin a little rough.... when i shift it sounds like it grinds and i just put on a new clutch. idk wtf is up. someone said might be throw out bearing but i dont think it is and my cams sound a little rocky. im running greddys new synthetic blend 5w - 40 i thought that could possibly have something to do with it but idk if u guys have any ideas or anything just lemme know.. and also if u can tell me what brand and weight of oil ur running. thanks

souds like synchronizers are bad

well how many gears sound like the grind, becuase if its all of them or most of them then it could either be the master cylinder, or the throw out bearing.

it only grind in like 1-3 under 3500 rpm then is fine but i think my rear turbo if friggen blown
