i have a 2001 mustang the passenger seat belt is is locked it wont roll out does any one own one or know how to unlock it? We took it apart and its like locked and dont know how to roll it out any info will help thank you

 

you have to buy a new one. they dont unlock after theyre locked like that. plus they are only like 30 bucks at a wrecker.
