Default removing some interior peices

hey i just bought some interior spraypaint and im trying to figure out how to pop off some interior peices. some came right off but the vent peices, a door peice ( locks, windows), and some peices next to the steering wheel need to come off but their being difficult. if im going at it the wrong way and need to take em out another way someone please tell me, it would be much appreciated. thanks

The door vents are held in with two screws you have to remove the panel and tutn it over and look under the vent to see it. It is a small air box and is a B--ch to remove but it will come off. The steering I have no idea.

When you say interior spray paint what kind and what makes it interior paint ???? I have used plastic lawn furniture paint with good results but is this better.
