Default TRANSMISSION GUIDE BOLT HELP NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so here is the facts, ive been researching and digging for all kinds of info, problems with my tranny on my 94 VR-4 almost coming to the point of ripping it out and getting to the problem.
So after i purchased the car the tranny ran fine and i had to break in the stage 3 clutch and i didnt run it hard too much either. It seems like the gears have been getting off a little bit at a time since i got it to the point where i dont wanna drive it and break something expensive(especially over this $2 bolt).
It's called the guide bolt(#10 on page 22-13 in the 3s service manual a member showed me) that seems to screw into the bottom of the shifter lnkage THAT IS INTERNAL through the outside of the tranny, its located on the front side of the transmission and is a 8mm i believe and i hope this is my problem because it looks like its missing and i need to replace it. So my question is i need someone that can reference me on information to putting the guide bolt back in correctly?

here is the manual's link

i need help as soon as possible
