Your basic aim with that amount of flow is to stage the engine up and get it ready for bigger turbos. I would follow the dynamicracing.com stages, but not necessarily with their products. Shop around and see what you like as far as the brand names and prices go. You may want to get sound clips for exhausts and BOV's and do some research on the parts before you get them. Be careful though, some sites like e-Bay have knock-off parts that don't even come close to fitting the VR-4. One important thing to note is that the staged upgrades on that website are for engine only. The VR-4 has great stock brake and suspension components, but after a while the go out-weighs the stop, and it can get messy. Congrats on purchasing a bad-a$$ ride.

13g turbos, 450cc injectors, hotwired fuel pump/walbro fuel pump, intake, exhaust, boost controller, s-afc2/afc neo, boost gauge, wideband o2 gauge.
That will fit in your budget if you have a cheaper mechanic doing the work, or you do it yourself, and you'll run mid 12's all day long.
Where do you live, if you don't mind my asking?
