Default wastegates and blowoff valves

Wouldnt mind getting a bit more power out of my twin turbo I have a 92 VR-4. What bolt on parts are there out there as far as blowoff valves and wastegates? Thanks.

Wastegte for those turbos is inside the hotside of the turbo, so no need to worry about that.

You should get any BOV that you can recirculate, so that means a Greddy Type RS (with recirc kit) ... and there are a couple others but that one is the most accessable.
