Default Alternator Replacement

Does the alternator come out the top?looks really tight, or out the bottom. A/C compressor in the way on the bottom. Thanks

its coming out from the top. you have to remove the bracket attached to the alternator before you can pull it out. Its kinda tight but it will. It take a lot of patient take it easy don't rush. Good luck.

What makes you believe the alternator needs replacement?

OEM alternators could last 10 or more years. There's a lot of "how to" videos going on in YouTube on how to diagnose an alternator. Take note all your failing alternator symptoms and compare. In order to make sure you have a failing alternator, pull it out and go to you local auto center for a free alternator test. Good Luck!
