I recommend to buy a new o2 sensor. if the CEL lights up again after cancelling it.
You might have another problem.
Do you have SRI or CAI? check the boot that is holding the pipe on the engine. it might be loose.
tighten it, check MAF it it's broken.

Well I replaced the o2 sensor on bank one and its been a few weeks and the cel hasn't been on so I'm assuming its fixed.
