Cars running too lean or too rich.. could be a number of things, but check the simples first.. like your air filter and whatnot.

 

that code is usually a lean condition which could be caused from multiple things such as the injectors are clogged. Your air filter is bad, or you need to clean out the Trottle body. These are all cheap fixes. Maybe the fuel filter...ect.

 

If you have acess to a scan tool you can use 2+2 to spray around the intake, injector o-ringsand t/b to see if you have a vacuum leak. If you do the o2 values will change dramatically.
