My '02 VR-X wants to idle at 2000 rpm (or more). I can manually force the throttle linkage down and it will slow until the next time I move the throttle; then it returns to the faster speed. I've cleaned the throttle body and linkage. Vacuum hoses 'look' good. It will idle slower if I unplug the Air Flow Meter connector but I would prefer something closer to a real fix.

Any ideas?
