Hello, I wanted to compare my results with others, not sure if this is normal or I should be doing something. I can make 400 - 450 kms city driving and about 700 kms highway driving on my 05 Endeavor AWD LTD. Very lightfooted driving. This is well over factory spec - more than usual as they all lie a bit on numbers.

What are your experiences, and what improvement helps? It has 150,000km on the clock, 5-30 castrol synth for the summer, new air filter. Plugs are original, but it runs smooth. Maybe they should be changed. I checked everything, MAF sensor is clean, no codes.
