I have replaced both switches and didn't do anything I'm thinking it has to be the wiring harness behind the stereo

Check wiring where it passes from door to body of car.
The accordion like rubber grommet that hides/protects wires.
Opening/closing door can sometimes fracture - pinch wires.
My van had that problem. Broken ground wire..You can check by gebtly peeling back from each end .
I had to cut mine ,carefully, to reveal and repair wiring.
I then used RTV to seal.
Good Luck.

I've replaced that whole wiring Harness from the inside the door to just past the accordion thing and it worked for the day then I'm back to where I started cause it does the exact same thing now again

Default window problem

I would trace / check ground from Master Switch onward.
Most vehicles get their connections from that switch.
Q: The rear windows work properly? At 'master' as well?
Also, are the switches 'aftermarket'?
I've purchased those cheap ones before and some have been faulty from the getgo.

Yes. The 'Master' switch is the one in driver's door that has all the switches.: all windows, locks, etc.
