2004 Endeavor air conditioner blower not working

I'd check the relay first. Switch it with the one on top or bottom to check it. (see pic)
Here are your possibilities.
Malfunction of the front blower relay
Malfunction of the power transistor
Malfunction of the front blower motor
Malfunction of the A/C-ECU
Damaged harness wires or connectors
The blower motor is right at the feet of the passenger. make sure someone didn't kick that wire off. Try testing the motor with leads from the battery.
