Hi, I have a 2010 Endeavor and for the past few months the "phone" notification keeps showing up on the radio. It's insanely annoying because sometimes it happens every minute and for that 10 seconds the radio goes off so if I'm really belting it out I'm left with my own awful rendition. Not pleasant. I called Johnson Controls, the company that makes the module, and they said it's dying, which after 8 years is probably true. My question is, where is the module located and would it fix the problem if I take it out? I see from searching that others have the same problem but I never see any solved responses. Thanks for any help.
