Default dash lights/cruise/brakes short

When I use the turn signal, it kills the cruise.
When I step on the brakes, the dash lights dim.
When I use the turn signal, the CD player lights flash.

This is a 2004 Endeavor.

Any ideas?

id bet you have trailer lights. And they're probably NOT the correct factory "passive" system.

check that first.

Uh, I don't know what you mean. I sometimes pull a trailer, but this happens when I'm not pulling the trailer. I have the factory wiring harness if that's what you're talking about.
