Default Front Axle Nut Torque Specification

I just got done replacing the passenger's side front wheel bearing hub on my 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor at 74,000 miles. I figured this might happen after the dealership replaced the driver's side last year under warranty. Anyhow, I'd like to know the torque specification for the front axle nut. Thanks in advance.

Default Wheel torque

I believe the owners manual recommends 75 ft-lbs, I'll have to verify that.

What does it sound like on the Endeavor? I think mine maybe going out but I want to make sure. On other cars I heard a nasty grinding sound but my Endeavor is making a humming sound that gets louder as I increase speed. I just don't want to dump $130 each one to find the humming is not that your input would be greatly appreciated.
