I have a 2013 Endeavor and when I start it up, all my radio stations are gone and the clock goes to 1:00. Also the dome lights don't come on when I open the door and when I shut the vehicle off, there is no delay in the lights shutting off. Any suggestions or ideas. The battery tested fine.

 

check the IOD fuses (the under-hood fuse box, those two in a yellow bracket), they are made to shut the whole system off to transport the vehicle easily, by pulling the yellow bracket up. If one of them blows or the bracket is not down tightly you get symptoms like you describe.
you can ditch the bracket if you happen to break it (its kinda hard to come off)
I had similar problems once though I found a broken wire in the harness that snakes around the left front wheel well...
