Default 2998 Mitsubishi Endeavor won't start
When I start my car it just whines I need to know how to check the starter relay, it isn't marked on fuse panel under hood

Starter is working, it's just not engaging the flywheel/engine. The starter pinion and or flywheel ring gear are worn.
Removing starter is only way to determine the malfunction.
