Hello,

My Endeavor has started to make an awful noise that occurs when I'm not moving or moving very, very slowly and turn the steering wheel hard to either right or left (ie. I'm parking). The steering also becomes very difficult, almost like without power steering. When I'm moving steering is fine and dandy. Any ideas of the cause? I'm going to take it in into shop, but wanted to get some opinions of what it imight be and what I might check before hand.

Do you know where the noise is coming from? Have you tried to find the source of the noise while checking under the hood? I am thinking its a power steering pump issue.

Hello, I am having the same problem but with me it's a little different.In the morning the steering is fine, but as soon as I park my car at work, I can feel the steering stiff and I can barely turn to the right. I have checked all fluids and inspected my garage floor for leaks, but everything is fine.
