Default Alignment question

My car was tapped at like 5 mph in the quarter panel. My car got a computerized proper 4 wheel alignment, "in the green" if the wheels are aligned does this mean the unibody is ok and in spec?? I cant get a clear answer on this.

But isent it nearly impossible to have an in the green alignment with a bent unibody. Ive read it in a couple places. So many different opinions on this topic
