Default cams

can someone tell me how much cams help the proformance(HP)of the evo. also what would you recommend? I hear that the HKS 280's are real good. help me out. thanks

There's a thread already about this. Yes the 280 cams are great especially if going for some decent power. It pretty much depends on what kind of power you're looking for, as to which cams would be good

not sure you prob wanna go w/272 good for low and hi
you dont want 2 use 280 on stock if thats what you have

Yes that's correct, iyd be a good idea to upgrade valves and springs if you get the 280's, because they're pretty aggressive cams, also you'd have to have someone do the timing for ya, because its hard to get the car to idle normal with those
