Yea, I was reading a salesmans book (not a customer book) about the evo launch and it specifically mentioned a 6spd available on all models.

Awesomely Performing as it is, Its not an Evo, its now pretty much a Uber Skyline with 4wd. Which isnt bad, but IMO, the IX is going to be the last real Evo.

X = Sick, fast, slick looking.
IX = The last of the real Rally based cars.

To me at least.

i think thats exactly what they are doing is making the lancer turbo so that the people who have less money will be able to afford a turbo car, and making the evo X a more high class car, while at the same time holding the same Rally inspired handling. It really is worth the money.

Its the Ralliart version.
turbo'd and awd matted with a 5spd manny. (Evo's come 6spd or a CVT)
Has Ralliart wheel center caps, Ralliart stitched seats, steering wheel, aero kit & spoiler, and any other available 2008 options (nav system, etc.)
starts around $27k Which really is not bad considering what you get.
But start throwing all those options on it and its gonna get pricey.

Evo prototype X:

Could'nt find any pics for the Ralliart, but it shold look the same as a normal 08 GTS.
So don't expect that bad *** front bumper, fender scoops, and hood scoop.
