well i was talking to a guy at a local tuner shop. i told him i was interested in reflashing the evo to get at least 350hp or more if possible with just the mods ive done so far. lower icp cone filter, 3' exhaust with 3' down pipe. but he said i need to upgrade to a bigger turbo and bigger injectors, cam and maybe a meth set up to get those kinda numbers. i just felt i was being push into things i may not need to get 350hp with a basic flash .lol
On the stock IX you can easily make 350WHP without even batting an eye. There is a guy who recently put a stock IX turbo ported in his 04 VIII and maxed the car at 525WHP. Thats with more mods than any regular joe shmo would never buy.
So basically for the everyday Evo owner 400AWHP is not to hard to make with all the stuff you listed above(meth, injectors,cams).

im not really interestd in upgrade my turbo or injectors at this time or running meth. i just want a basic flash with the mods i listed. later on down the line i will start getting a lil more radical.
With what you have you should be able to make close to 350 on just a flash. youll also get much better gas milage too. You might need cams to reach or eclipse the 350WHP mark but that is all you should need, maybe a fuel pump but not to sure
No. Injectors are an easy upgrade in any case and are pretty cheap so they are really more a big deal. the stock 550cc injectors would be fine for just about anything that you will do with the stock turbo unless you start running meth and 25+ psi. The closer to 400HP you get the more you should start thinking about injectors, not saying 400 is the cut off point but I would just plan to do them at some point just for safety factor. The last thing you want to do is max duty your stock injectors
