Default O2 Housing

Can someone pleaseexplainwhy an O2 Housing is so popular with turbo'd cars.

Every turbo car has one or 2 if your twin turbo.... im not sure as to your question?... why are aftermarket o2 housings so common? Well because they increace flow...

Yes, im alittle confused by your question as well. Like sebba said. All turbo cars will have a 02 housing, if they still have any emmisions control left. Alot of people that go standalone wont have use for the o2 housing anymore so they go with a straight pipe there. But the reason for upgrading an o2 housing (which usually just means its ported) is to get better flow though it by increasing cross-sectional area an also get a small amount quicker spool time.
