i guess reading to far back to search for info can be bad. lol! this is totally new to me..thanx for being patient. im used to 60's and 70's muscle cars..never ever though i would get a import but i had to evolve.

no big deal. Do what you want it is your car. Just remember the intake doesnt need to be modded untill your making over 400HP. If you want and intake you can just by a MAF adapter plate and a cone filter and that will make your turbo and BOV sound louder. Dont expect to see and power gain though. It is a waste of money to by a big name brand intake pipe.

Actually my old Evo the intake was all home made lol. It was piping from an injen intake off of a 2002 Eclipse V6 and we just cut it and grinded it to be a perfect intake for my setup.

i wouldnt mind the turbo and bov to sound a lil louder..i did notice it more since i installed a custom exhaust. ive been looking at the vibrant maf adapter on lancershop.com, what filter clone and size should i get?
