I have read several threads about bad radios in 2020 Outlander. I have the same issue. I was told to replace it, it would be over $2000.00 plus. Or I would have to wait 3-5 weeks maybe more to have mine repaired. I’d drive around with no radio. Just a hole where the radio sits. This issue with my radio started day one of my purchase. I bought this outlander with 3 miles on it. I kept taking it to the dealer just to be told it needed to be updated. The issue continued. Now they want to tell me the manufacture warranty has expired. Really? What I don’t understand is, how is it that Mitsubishi has not recalled this item? So many customers with the same exact issue and nothing is getting done. I feel like I’ve screwed and there isn’t anything that can be done. Never again will I even think about buying Mitsubishi. I will tell anyone who will listen just how crappy their product is and it would be a waste of money. Shame on you Mitsubishi.
