timing belt

HELP!
NEED INFO ON CHANGING TIMING BELT(S) ON A 2001 MITSUBISHI MONTERO SPORT,6 CYL GAS ENGINE, USA VERSION.
ALSO WHERE CAN I GET A USEFUL SERVICE MANUAL FOR THIS ONE?
