I have a situation with my car, I recently bought
this car, It used too have airbags for the suspension
I took those off, now Im left with a noisy engine, I
bought two motor mounts.. and it kinda helped
but everytime I accelerate the engine makes alot
of noise as almost as if it had a turbo or a exaust :/
I dont whats wrong with my car

 

Try racing the engine while it is not in gear, if it makes the same noise, you can probably rule out the transmission, wheel bearings, brakes, tires, etc. and I would get the exhaust checked. If the does not make the same noise, it could be any of the above. But also under acceleration the load on the engine will make the engine move more and it still could be an exhaust problem.

Someone else have an idea?

 

I have raced the engine when its not in gear.. the noise
is strong and present.. Im guessing the noise is
coming from the exaust.. I just smogged my car recently
passed Smog with flying colors but Im stuck with this annoying
noise:/

 

I live in the Chicago area and when it gets cold, any exhaust leaks can be seen easily at startup. If you live in a cold area, where you keep your car windows closed in the winter, an exhaust leak really needs to be fixed. You could always take it to a muffler shop for an estimate, then you will find out where it is leaking.
