I just bought a 03 Galant and have a few questions.

There is a wire that appear to attach to the front of my power steering pump. It is currently disconnected. Does anyone know what this is for and if I need it?

The top of the radiator is held to the car by 2 brackets - it appears that there is a nub that sticks out from the radiator that goes into the bracket. I only have one of these nubs. Any idea how to fix this?

The anti-lock feature of my braking system appears to not be working, but I do not have any warning lights. How could I test this to figure out what is wrong?
