I have a 2001 Galant. It seems that when I go over a speed bump or am stopped at a light, my brake light and battery light flicker.But then turn off when I accelerate(both come on at the same time). Does anyone know why this happens? I have a brand new battery.


Also, this may sound like a dumb question, but idk much about cars, but is the o2 sensor essential? What would happen if I dont fix it?
