1996 Galant front pipe issue
HI
I have 1996 Galant California version, only state that forced Mits to make special changes to exhaust system, like having 2 catalytic converters. It had a flex pipe replaced that sits in the middle of header pipe, aka front pipe, but with different length size and it makes low, boomy sound now but only when driven and above 2k rpms. Mitsubishi no longer has replacement part for CA or specs. Wondering if somebody has California version Galant between 1995 to 1997 with original header and flex pipe and could measure the length and maybe with of flex pipe so my mechanic could replace the bad one, installed by old mechanic which I will no longer visit but may give him a bill for new repair
