I have a 2001 Galant and when i went to start it, it would turn over but it wouldnt start. The day before it drove just fine. I checked the spark plugs, ignition coils and the spark plug wires and they are all fine. Any ideas?

 

if it is the 2.4L engine, cam sensor has been an issue. need to get access to a scan tool to see if sensors are working. timming belts breaking also another BIG issue. have you changed yours?? have also seen water and other contaminates in gas. did you get gas the last day it was running?? many thiungs to check. good luck

 

Will it jump? my 2000 eats a battery every year I have just made it a point to buy a battery with a 1 year warranty and deal with it every year. But like you... The car will start just fine, then one day blamo nothing... I have to get a jump and drag it into a battery shop.
