Default 2003 Galant 4-cyl spark plug change?

Hi all,

I have done some general searching on the forums to try and find out how to change the plugs on my wife's '03 Galant DE. All I know is that they are placed behing something, but I'm not really sure how to access this area & can't seem to find out anything further. I guess I'm in need of a tutorial (pics are extremely helpful!) showing me the right location & tools. Any help given is more than appreciated... thanks!!!

P.S. Please no flaming me if this has been discussed in another forum... I swear that I couldn't find it!!

Don't trip. When I first got my car a long time ago I couldn't find it either. I didn't even know our cars do not have a distrobutar cap.

Here is where they are:

Two are under the coilpacks and two are right there. You also only have two spark plug wires.

super sweet! Thanx for the help... this should make a whole lot more sense now. I just have to figure out how to go about removing these things now... shouldn't be too hard, right?[]

Nope not hard at all. Just two bolts holding each down.
