Default 2003 Galant ES 2.4L P0300, P0335, P0340

First time user on here, but I have a 2003 Galant with 218K miles on it and had something interesting happen tonight driving home from work. Car started bucking/jerking a bit. Never did that before. P0300 has been going on for a while but never caused it to act up like this. Timing belt is still good(replaced it around 200k), and ended up replacing the crank sensor too because I didn't put 2 and 2 together because I also replaced the balance shaft belt and didn't realize the gold plate was for the crank sensor(dumbass....). Leveled the plate out and installed a new sensor. Ran good after that. A while later it started missing and showed P0300. Then tonight it bucked and died. I popped open the hood and had a quick look around, and all looked good. I waited about 20 minutes and it started right up and got me home just fine. Before I saw it had P0335 and P0340, I figured it may have been the coils, especially since the car only misfires when it's warm and after it died it wouldn't start until after 20 minutes after it died/cooled down. Now I'm not sure. Could the coils cause this, or do I need to look into new sensors? Coils are factory original, spark plugs have about 5K miles on them and they're NGK Iridium. Any and all help is appreciated!

Update: I installed new ignition coils this morning and at first the car drove just fine, but then after a bit of driving on the way to work, it started misfiring again. I hooked my laptop up to it and it still said P0300, Random/Multiple Misfire, that was the only code it showed. The plug wires are within spec: 2.1 Kilo ohms for the long wire, 2.2 for the short wire. My understanding is that they should NOT exceed 19k ohms. All injectors are within the 13-16 ohm spec.
